I was nervous about how to go about selling a home since this was the first home I owned and had never sold one in the past. After discussing this with Rod and listening to his suggestions I made improvements to my house and called him back when I was ready to begin the selling process. He made it so simple! Visited me at my house, discussed the initial listing price, emailed the initial paperwork to me, sent out a photographer to take photos of the house/yard and very quickly my house was on the market. He was also very diligent to email reviews of the house to me from potential buyers and to keep me updated on any changes or suggestions. Once we had a buyer he made that process easy as well and guided me through all the steps and paperwork necessary before closing on the house. The experience was very good and working with Rod Weaver and the Crye-Leike team was very easy, beneficial and I highly recommend his expertise.
